Bubbles Prosecco - Col Vetoraz, Valdobbiadene, Italy NV. Soft and delicious with creamy pear, peach and melon flavors

Brut - Domaine Carneros, Carneros ‘03. Crisp, light, and elegant from this Napa Valley arm of the classic Taittinger

Brut ‘Petillant’ - Domaine Huet, Vouvray, Loire, France ‘02. This well-renowned sparkling Chenin Blanc is nutty and yeasty with hints of pear and honey

Brut Rose - Schramsberg, Napa Valley ‘01. This rose is delicate and elegant in style, yet still bursting with strawberry and spice accented by hints of toasty biscuit. Simply delicious

Brut - Nicolas Feuillatte, Premier Cru, Cuvee Speciale ‘99. Delicious, smooth and complex, this vintage brut is awesome!


Check It Out! Olorosos - Alvear Asuncion, Montilla Moriles NV. This Olorosos is made using the Solera system, and is both dry and full of raisin-y fruit. The makers suggest: "A wine to be drunk mid-morning, as an apertif, or with dessert." These guys have been at it since 1729


White Arneis - Tre Donne, Roero Arneis, Italy ‘06. Herbs and spice on the nose, the flavors are light, fresh, crisp and mineral

Moscato D’Asti - Piazzo Comm. Armando, Italy ‘06. Sweet and slightly ‘frizzante’ with just a few bubbles and lots of fruit. Neato!

Verdejo - Naia, Rueda, Spain ‘05. This light, dry wine features crisp acidity and grapefruit-y

Muscadet Sevre et Maine - Domaine de la Tourmaline, France ‘06. Bone dry, with clean crisp mineral, slate, and earth, the ultimate example of what the Muscadet grape can be

Sauvignon Blanc - Honig, Napa Valley ‘06. This winery is 100% solar powered. The wine is crisp and mineral-y yet smooth with citrus and a hint of tropical fruit

Scheurebe - Spatlese, Von Buhl, Rupertsberger, Pfalz, Germany ‘05. So Yummy! This cross between Sylvaner and Riesling is rich and creamy with tropical fruit flavors and a slight sweetness

Pinot Grigio - Livon, Collio, Italy ‘06. Floral, with hints of tropical and citrus fruits, smooth, full and dry, no oak, delicious and refreshing

Chablis - Domaine Laroche, Les Vaudevey, Premier Cru, France ’05. Crisp, steely, and herbal, yet creamy, utterly balanced and food friendly

Chardonnay - Testarossa, Castello, Central Coast ’06. Beautifully balanced, with a rich, creaminess balanced by acidity and mineral with hints of tropical fruits and spice


Red Pinot Noir - A to Z, Oregon ‘06. Smoky, bacon-y nose with cherry fruit and a smooth light finish

Dolcetto - Palmina, Santa Barbara ‘05. “Dolcetto” means “little sweet one”. Although the wine is not sweet, it is lovable! Easy, fruity, medium-light and delicious, with balanced acidity and a perfumed and floral nose

Grenache - El Chaparral, Navarra, Spain ’06. 100% Garnacha, old vines, elegant and balanced with crisp acidity and tart cherry-berry flavors

Merlot - Flying Fish, Washington ‘06. Nice aromas of vanilla and chocolate, smooth berry flavors with a hint of spice. Through the Ocean Conservancy a portion of all proceeds go toward the protection of wild, healthy oceans

Brentino - Maculan, Veneto, Italy ‘05. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 55% merlot. These varietals have been grown in this region of Italy for over 100 years. The wine is perfume-y and medium bodied with hints of smoke and chocolate

Malbec - Punto Final, Perdriel, Argentina ‘06. Made from 50-plus year old vines, this wine has rich, dark berry fruit flavors with hints of vanilla and black pepper

Aglianico - Feudi Di San Gregorio Rubrato, Campania, Italy ’04. Peppery, smoky nose, layers of flavors... licorice, spices, and dark berry fruits

Cabernet Franc - Di Stefano ‘Sogno’, Columbia Valley ‘03. We love this ‘dream’ of a wine. Floral, food friendly, and fabulous

Veronese - Allegrini, Palazzo Della Torre, Veneto, Italy ’04. The grapes are Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Sangiovese. This wine is made in partial Ripasso style, 30% of the grapes are dried before being vinified. Spicy, rich, smoky, and smooth!

Blend - Chappellet Mountain Cuvee, Napa Valley ‘04. Delicious and smoky with rich fruit, hints of chocolate and smooth tannins. A Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec

Cabernet - Justin, Paso Robles ‘05. From the family owned Justin Winery, this wine is complex, smooth and rich, with deep dark fruit color and flavors, hints of caramel, cedar, and spice

Cabernet - Hall, Napa Valley ‘03. Rich dark fruit with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and spice, medium tannins and long finish
