Brentino - Maculan, Veneto, Italy ‘05. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 55% merlot. These varietals have been grown in this region of Italy for over 100 years. The wine is perfume-y and medium bodied with hints of smoke and chocolate
Malbec - Punto Final, Perdriel, Argentina ‘06. Made from 50-plus year old vines, this wine has rich, dark berry fruit flavors with hints of vanilla and black pepper
