Bubbles Prosecco - Zardetto, Conegliano, Veneto, Italy NV. Crisp, refreshing and dry with clean citrus finish


Pink Rosé - Protocolo, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain (Dry) ’08. Made from the Tempranilla grape, refreshing, fruity, and floral


White Vinho Verde - Gazela, Portugal ’09. This wine is super light and citrus-y, a delicious thirst quencher with a slight spritz

Riesling - Clean Slate, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany ’08. Light and only slightly sweet with a lemon zest zing followed by flavors of peach, mineral and the slate soil in which the grapes are grown

Riesling - St. Gabriel, Auslese, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany ’07. This sweet German gem is light and fruity with a balance of crisp acidity

Sauvignon Blanc - Starborough, Marlborough, New Zealand ’08. Refreshing and lively, herbaceous and green grass-y, with hints of lime and grapefruit

Picpoul de Pinet - Hugues Beaulieu, Coteaux Du Languedoc, France ’08. Also known as “The Muscadet of the South”, with grapefruit, lime and orange blossom notes

Torrontes - Lurton, Mendoza, Argentina ‘08. An Argentine original. Floral and fruity with hints of honey and orange peel, smooth and creamy

Pinot Gris - Lurton, Mendoza, Argentina ’09. Rich and smooth, well-balanced and delicious!

Verdelho - Marquis Philips Holly’s Blend, South Eastern Australia ’07. 100% Verdelho. Creamy and nutty with honey and peach flavors

Chardonnay - Apaltagua Reserva, Chile ’08. Luscious pineapple and citrus notes make this wine a perfect pairing to Hukilau Lanai Cuisine


Red Montepulciano D’Abruzzo - Farnese, Italy ’08. Tart dried cherry flavors, with hints of vanilla and pleasing acidity

Chianti - Cetamura, Italy ’07. Intense ruby red Sangiovese with hints of berry, spice, leather and flowery notes

Sangiovese - Ca’ del Solo, San Benito County ‘06. This Bonny Doon wine is earthy and smoky with hints of licorice and plenty of black cherry fruit

Tempranillo - Protocolo, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain ’07. 100% Tempranillo, no oak, deliciously fruity nose, medium-light, with clean smooth flavors and light tannins.

Shiraz - Oxford Landing, South Australia ’07. Tart, juicy plums with hints of chocolate and black pepper

Blend - Stephen Vincent "Crimson", California ’07. This wine is 75% Syrah and 25% Cabernet. Ultra smooth and velvety, with sweet ripe fruit-delicious!

Merlot - Red Rock, Californa ’07. Boysenberry and plum, complemented by aromas and flavors of vanilla and hazelnut

Malbec, High Note, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina ’08. Rich, fruity and smoky with hints of vanilla, licorice and spice

Bordeaux - L’Abbaye de St. Ferme, Les Vignes du Soir, France ’02. Earthy, funky, and herbal nose, dark fruit flavors and medium tannins

Blend - d’Arenberg “The Stump Jump” McLaren Vale, Australia ’07. This blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvedre is fruity and juicy with smoky undertones
